120ks of classic bike riding – a great endurance builder for all contemplating the IM 70.3 later in May. Departing from the Kingsley Dome at 5.00am, we’ll cycle through the Eastern Suburbs up Red Hill and into “Death Valley’ at O’Brien Rd. At this point we will by ability level, form smaller groups to negotiate the Valley – it is important not to get isolated, so find a buddy and work together. Gidgegannup is the turnaround/refreshment stop and muster point for the group ride home. Expect to get back to the Dome at around 11.00am.
This ride is an alternative to the Half IM rides on Saturday April 7th. Plenty more information to come – “stay tuned”
