North Coast conducts a weekly interval running session that consists of running around a 400m grass track at various paces and for various lengths of time.  This is a great way to improve your running speed, and we have plenty of groups to cater for people of all running abilities.  So it doesn't matter whether you are fast or slow, or whether you simply want to meet some great people and have a weekly chat, you are all welcome.

 

The sessions commence at 6pm sharp on Thursday evenings, and are always finished by 7pm.  They are held at Flinders Park, Broadbeach Road, Hillarys (near the roundabout at Freshwater Plaza).  The sessions cost $2 to cover the cost of the ground rental. As per the winter running sessions, Ben will continue to be your coach.
