​​WHAT TO EXPECT:
​

Location is Carine Senior High School pool
-
One hour sessions from 7pm to 8pm on Wednesdays
-
Course duration 6 weeks starting Wednesday 4th of February 2026

The main focus of this course is swim technique and technique correction
-
Course places are limited
-
Cost is $70 total. Pool entry is free

COURSE PREREQUISITES
​

All genders welcome

Being a current member of the North Coast Tri Club
-
The ability to swim at least 25m in a pool​
