
Duncraig Bike Squad
North Coast is running our Duncraig Bike Squad in term 2, registrations are now open!​​​
North Coast Duncraig Bike Squad is a squad aimed at developing the bike fitness and endurance of high school students interested in triathlon. This is a fun and active squad which runs on Friday afternoons between 4 and 5pm from April 24 to June 12.
​
Rides will mainly be supervised endurance group rides on the Mitchell Freeway bike path. All rides are led by experienced triathlon coaches and assisted by assistant coaches and volunteers.

Cost is just $80!

Prerequisites:
​

participants need to be members of the North Coast Tri Club
-
participants need to have a bike with gears. Mountain bikes are acceptable
-
bikes need to have lights front and rear
-
participants MUST HAVE A HELMET. NO HELMET, NO RIDE

These bike sessions are a great way for young people to develop bike riding performance and their progress in the sport of triathlon.
