We have two coached sessions and one social run per week. Our coached sessions are interval and tempo based and are designed to accommodate a range of abilities and fitness levels. Our social run is on a Sunday morning, it is led by one of our members and offers an opportunity for people to meet up with similar paced runners to get some time on the legs, this is usually followed by a coffee or a swim.
Coached Tuesday and Thursday
Where: Flinders Reserve, Broadbeach Boulevard, Hillarys every Thursday evening.
Time: 6pm till 7pm
Cost: $5 or one stamp of a training card
Social Run Sunday
Where: Sorrento Surf Lifesaving Club, South Carpark.
Time: 7.00am - 8.00am (can change depending on time of year)
Cost: Members only - $5 or one training stamp
