Women in Triathlon Development
Have you done the WIT course and now want to go to the next level?

​​The Women In Triathlon Development course will do just that!
WITD will elevate your triathlon skills and fitness so you can train and race more competitively.
So push your boundaries, take on the challenges, make lots of friends and have lots of fun! ​
​
The course starts Monday the 3rd of February 2025 and runs for 8 weeks. Registrations are now open!

WHAT TO EXPECT:​
​
Cost for the 8 week course is $270, which includes:​
​

8 x run sessions Monday, 6.00pm-7.00pm Mawson Oval, Hillarys
-
8 x pool swim sessions Wednesday, 6.00pm-7.00pm, Carine Senior High School pool
-
8 x cycle sessions Saturday, 6.30am-8.00am
-
8 x open water swim sessions Sunday 8.00am-9.00am, Sorrento beach or Hillarys harbour
-
Any other North Coast run or bike training session for free!

The WIT coordinator is Kathryn Peake.

Course Prerequisites are:
-
being female
-
being a member of the North Coast Tri Club
-
having the ability to swim 25m in a pool.
-
access to a road or time trial bike
​

All you need are bathers and swim goggles for the swim. A triathlon wetsuit is optional for open water swimming. Access to a road or tri bike. Definitely a bike helmet for the bike. Runners for the run. Smiles for the fun times!
