NCTC 70.3 squad information night

Dear North Coast Tri Club Members,

Your committee would like to invite you to come along to the NCTC 70.3 squad Information night and learn how we plan to prepare its members for this year's IRONMAN 70.3!

As you know, it's going to be huge being part of the IRONMAN 70.3 Asia-Pacific Championship circuit.

The information evening will be held this Friday, 26th July, Flinders Park Community Hall at 6.00pm

Learn about our proposed NCTC training plan (including gym work & injury prevention) to get you race ready.

Meet the course coordinator, coaches and other squad members.

Also if this squad sounds suitable to a friend or family member please feel free to share.
