NORTH COAST GKE 70.3 BUSSO TRAINING SQUAD
 
GKE Coaching are offering North Coast athletes 16 week training plans for the Busso 70.3 in December. The online plan also includes scheduled chats with Coach Guy or Coach Kate.
 
Guy Crawford and Kate Bevilacqua are highly accomplished triathletes and are both very experienced coaches.
 
These 16 week plans are inexpensive, with plans starting at $100.
 
The program starts Monday the 18th of August and runs the 16 weeks up to the race.
